Frank Stucki didn’t just learn about the institutions he now holds accountable—he lived them. Raised in the Mormon Church, Frank experienced multiple phases of devotion, separation, and return, navigating the complexities of belief and identity within a high-demand religious system. At 15, after major shifts in his family life, he was sent to a different high school for behavioral issues—a moment that reshaped his understanding of control, authority, and the systems that claim to serve but often harm.
Despite the well-documented abuse associated with the Mormon Church and the Boy Scouts of America, Frank’s personal experiences with both were trauma-free. He became an Eagle Scout, embracing the values of perseverance, discipline, and leadership. But he also knows firsthand that many weren’t so fortunate. His ability to separate personal history from broader institutional failures makes him uniquely qualified to advocate for survivors. He listens without judgment, strategizes with empathy, and pursues justice with unrelenting focus.
A Career Built on Dedication, Resilience, and Trial Mastery
Frank’s legal journey is defined by a relentless work ethic and a commitment to excellence. At just 22 years old, he earned his degree from Utah Valley University. By 24, he had graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego. At 25, he set a record as the youngest attorney in Nevada’s history to be licensed in three states simultaneously—Nevada, California, and Washington—a record that still stands today. By 28, he completed his Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston, further sharpening his strategic and business acumen.
Frank doesn’t measure his success by the millions he’s recovered for clients. He measures it by a single number: two—the only two trials he has ever lost. His first loss came just a year after passing the bar. After the verdict, his client—recognizing Frank’s dedication—bought him a bag of Cheez-Its from a vending machine, a small but profound gesture of gratitude that solidified Frank’s lifelong commitment to fighting for those who put their trust in him. His second trial loss in 2022 was a defining moment, one that shifted his entire trajectory. That experience sent him on a mission to combat depression, anxiety, addiction, and suicide within the legal profession. Today, he collaborates with the nation’s top trial attorneys to write a book and produce a podcast designed to support lawyers facing professional setbacks.
A Reputation Built on Results and Trust
Frank’s reputation speaks for itself. He has been named to The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 for eleven consecutive years (2014-2024) and awarded Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Super Lawyers Magazine has recognized him as a Rising Star for nine consecutive years—an honor reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys in each state. In 2022, his consistent success and negotiation of dozens of seven-figure settlements earned him a Lifetime Membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum—a distinction awarded to less than 0.5% of U.S. lawyers.
His reputation has grown so strong that his marketing budget is now virtually nonexistent. His cases come almost entirely through personal referrals from past clients, fellow plaintiff attorneys, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and even judges who have seen him in trial. Frank currently practices law in Nevada, California, Washington, and Utah, actively litigating cases in each jurisdiction.
Fighting for Survivors—With Experience and Compassion
Signature Law isn’t just another personal injury firm. Frank focuses on abuse cases in high-demand religious groups, the troubled teen industry, and institutions that exploit positions of vulnerability—schools, camps, churches, and organizations that betray the trust placed in them. These cases require a deep understanding of institutional manipulation and trauma-informed advocacy—both of which Frank embodies. His clients don’t need to explain what it feels like to be raised in a system that demanded obedience—he already knows.
Committed to Community and Justice
Frank is an active member of several legal organizations, including:
- Utah Association for Justice
- Washington State Association for Justice
- American Association of Justice
- Editor for Trial Guides Publishing—helping trial lawyers develop more effective ways to tell their clients’ stories in court.
Beyond the Courtroom
Frank was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, but calls Springville (UT), San Diego, and Seattle home. When he’s not in the courtroom, you’ll likely find him on a beach, exploring tide pools with his kids, discovering a new city before a concert, or reading in his favorite chair. He is the adoring father of 8-year-old Calvin (Vinny) and 7-year-old Georgia (Jo) —two humans who remind him every day why he fights for justice.
Survivors deserve a lawyer who understands them—not just legally, but personally. That’s exactly what Frank Stucki brings to the table.
